Cancellation Policy
Consultation Policy Thank you for booking a consultation. Please carefully review the following policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds: 1. No Refund Policy: Please note that all fees paid for consultations are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, we are unable to issue a refund, regardless of whether you attend the scheduled appointment. 2. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your consultation, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, you will be eligible to reschedule your consultation for a different date and time, subject to availability. The full amount of your original payment will be credited towards your rescheduled consultation. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your payment, and no credit or refund will be issued. 3. Exclusion of Free Consultations: Please be advised that any complimentary 15-minute consultations you may have booked directly through Basirah are separate and not applicable to this paid consultation booking. The terms of this paid consultation, including the no-refund and rescheduling policy, apply exclusively to this booking. 4. Agreement to Policy: By proceeding with your consultation booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Consultation Policy. 5. Appointment Approval and Confirmation The Client's appointment is provisionally approved and will be officially confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The Client agrees to submit payment in full by 24hrs to confirm the appointment 6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the consulting services confidential. The Consultant will not disclose any confidential information without the Client's written consent. 7. Acceptance By booking and submitting payment , client acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
